ACCOUNT PRIVACY-We obviously dont give out or sell or do anything else with your information that we collect We use it to ship to you and to contact you if something goes wrong with the shipment.
RETURNS- We want to know if something is wrong with anything we sell. I need to know that the cool things we sell are really good or really cheap. If I pay a lot for something, I expect it to function as intended. call us at 213 247 4777 to figure out how to get satisfaction out of the product or how to return it. I assume you wont use and break something, then try to blame UPS or the POST OFFICE.
SHIPPING- We try to ship items the next business day after the order is completed and the payment is made. We are still small and I still try to attend the local races, which may at times add a day to the shipping. I will contact all customers that order when a shipment will be more than a day late for any reason. We want you to be happy and informed.
